What is Vincent-Bootcamp?
Vincent-Bootcamp is a group course inspired by American army’s training methods.
It is a high-intensity work with very little recovery and a series of sequence of different exercises to tap into resources.
How does the course work?
The Vincent-Bootcamp class lasts 45 to 60 minutes and targets overall workout of all muscles, on cardio rhythm.
You have the possibility to work in harmony, to challenge each other.
After the warm-up, the course is divided into 4 parts:
- Central body work (abdominal strap): standing or lying down
- Work of the lower limbs to strengthen the buttocks and thighs
- Cardio exercise: movements and impacts
- Work of the upper limbs to draw the arms and strengthen shoulders
These are 4 workshops of 5 exercises of 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of recovery. 1minute recovery is granted after the 4 workshops. The circuit is then repeated.
You will have the possibility to strengthen the training with the use of equipment such as dumbbells, discs, kettlebelle, TRX, elastics.
The return to calm lasts about 3 minutes, it allows the body to become more flexible and to restore the muscles to their initial length.
Who is it addressed to?
This course is intended for practitioners in good physical condition, the intensity being high.
