What is TRX ?

The TRX activity is a course on the use of TRX.

The TRX (Total Resistance Exercise) was invented by a US Army commando to be able to train in all circumstances.

The TRX suspension training is a system of suspension straps attached to an anchor point, which allows work by body weight.

How does the course work?

The TRX class lasts 45 to 60 minutes and allows you to work all your muscles to body weight.

After warm-up, the coach offers a series of various exercises and postures to target the lower and upper limbs and the centre of the body. Each exercise proposed by the physical trainer with option so that everyone can participate without injury.

The return to calm lasts 3 to 5 minutes, it allows the body to become more supple and to restore the muscles to their initial length thanks to stretching movements.
